Terms of Use
v1.0
This policy is awaiting professional review
What this service is
We are an immigration consultancy. We help you understand which visa routes fit your circumstances, we prepare and organise the documents an application needs, and we tell you plainly where a case is weak.
What this service is not
- We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the United States government or any of its agencies.
- We do not decide applications. Every decision is made by U.S. government authorities, and no outcome can be guaranteed by anyone.
What we ask of you
The single thing that matters most is accuracy. An application is signed as a true statement, so an answer given to us wrongly becomes a false statement in your name, and a detail withheld removes the strategy that would have accounted for it.
- Give complete and accurate answers.
- Tell us promptly when your circumstances change.
- Keep your invitation link to yourself — anyone holding it can open your application.
What you can expect from us
- We explain our reasoning rather than issuing conclusions.
- We tell you when a case is weak, including when that is not what you were hoping to hear.
- We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees
The initial assessment described on this site is free. Any fee for further work is agreed with you in writing before that work begins; we do not publish a price list here, because the work varies too much between cases for a published figure to be honest.
Using this website
The text, structure and design of this site are ours. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use; please do not republish them as your own or use automated tools to copy the site wholesale.
Information on this site
Everything published here is general information, not advice about your case, and immigration requirements change. Always confirm current requirements at the official source before you act on anything you read here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you submit a form is recorded with your record, so what applied to you at the time stays traceable.
