How It Works

Every engagement follows the same eight steps. You always know which stage you are at, what we are doing, and what we need from you.
  1. Initial Assessment

You complete a short structured questionnaire about your background, goals and history. It takes most people under ten minutes.

  2. Preliminary Review

A consultant reads your responses in full and identifies which categories are worth examining and what is still unclear.

  3. Consultation & Recommendation

We talk through what we found, explain the routes that may apply, and set out honestly what each would require of you.

  4. Detailed Application

If a route is worth pursuing, we send you a secure invitation link to a fuller form covering the detail a case actually needs.

  5. Document Collection

We give you a checklist specific to your category and work through it with you, flagging what is missing and what needs translating or certifying.

  6. Application Preparation

We help organise and prepare your documentation so the submission is coherent, complete and internally consistent.

  7. Submission & Guidance

We support you through the filing steps and prepare you for what follows, including interview preparation where relevant.

  8. Follow-Up Support

We stay available after filing — for status questions, additional evidence requests, and the next steps whatever the outcome.

Two forms, in sequence

You complete the Initial Assessment first. A consultant reviews it personally. Only then, if a route is worth pursuing, do we invite you to the Detailed Application — it opens by invitation, not on demand, so nobody spends hours on a long form before we have looked at their situation.

Your next step

Answer a few questions about your situation and a consultant will review your responses and explain the options worth exploring.
